Foreign oversight on Iran overall.

Lack of foreign oversight in Iran is led the US and Russia to attack Iran to begin with. This is due to US foreign oversight on Iran of course. Lack of foreign oversight is what led opposition groups such as ISIS and Hamas to form. That's how that occurred. For many years, Iranian opposition of foreign political powers was considered to be very high prior to 2007. Since then, the United States - Iran relationship has strongly improved. Iran is more willing to be allied with the US than any of the neighboring countries in the Middle East especially Russia. Iran was a legit democracy prior to the Carter administration.

Iran was against political support from Kazakhstan due to the fact that the country of Kazakhstan was included in the Russian Federation when Russia tried to invade Iran for their oil supply thrice.
