A fire broke out at Decker Creek Power Plant in Austin, Texas on the date of 12/10/2016. The fire bursted into flames located on an insulator on top of a power grid. One possibility for this fire to have occurred is that too many residents were using natural gas to heat up their homes in with this cold winter weather causing one of the insulators to overheat from radiation.
