In 2014, the US Government reportedly spent $500 billion dollars a year on military defense. US Government spends nearly 75% of US tax dollars on military spending when it relates to our military defense. In 2015, the US Government reportedly spent $750 billion dollars a year on military defense. That’s double the spending from $500 billion dollars a year! In 2016, the US Government reportedly spent $900 billion dollars a year on military defense.
The number now for military spending is in the range of $1 trillion dollars to $2 trillion dollars!
Every single year, politicians pour more money into military spending than any other public service such as Department of Education and Department of Health & Safety. This is how military spending costs have risen in the United States. The United States spends more in military spending than any other country in the world. Even more than China, Russia, Pakistan, and Germany.
