Korea is attempting military modernization as a nation to catch up with the modern world from an economic viewpoint of economists, scientists, and politicians. Kim Jong-Un has been idolizing military modernization as a symbolization for the nation of Korea. Korea is trying to be a part of the modern world in the world trade market as a part of the globalization that is happening right now.
Ever since 2013, the nation of the country called Korea has been attempting military modernization to catch up with the modern world. Citizens of Korea fell in love culturally with the idea of militarization of their nation as result of militarization idolized by Kim Jong-Un. Korea is trying to be a part of the modern world in the world trade market as a part of the globalization that is happening right now.
You see, Korea's attempt at military modernization is a symbol of political corruption and political science failure of catching up with the modern world at the time. The country of Korea having nuclear weapons of mass destruction is not a threat to a large economically powerful country such as the United States. That's just not the reality of the Korea-United States relationship and to the economy of Korea. Even to the nation of China, Korea is not a deadly powerful economic threat to China. Yes leader Kim Jong-Un of Korea has threatened to send nuclear missiles across the Pacific Ocean to counties such as the United States and Canada in 2013 in order to destroy the world economy. But we all know that never followed through.
However, The nation of Korea is a deadly powerful economic threat to the US allies of Japan, China, France, and Canada. However, if we are not careful, the nation of Korea will obtain nuclear weapons of mass destruction that will start political warfare against a lot of countries that have nothing to do with their political agenda.

Economically the viewpoints are that Korea is so far behind in globalization and in order to catch up in being a part of the modern world, military spending was risen up in taxpayer costs as result of strengthening their military army. From an economic viewpoint and point of view by economists, scientists, and politicians, Korea is still very behind in modern times. Korea will not be too powerful anytime soon.
